Statement from State Treasurer Dale R. Folwell, CPA Upon the Passing of Tommy Bunn, Distinguished Agricultural Leader and Husband of Secretary of State Elaine Marshall

I am saddened to hear of the passing of Tommy Bunn. His contributions to agriculture policy both here in North Carolina and in Washington have left an indelible mark on farming and farming science across the country. My heart and prayers go out to the family and Secretary Marshall. As accomplished as she is, his strength as a public servant matched hers.
