LGC staff have identified and corrected issues with Data Input Workbooks (DIWs) as described below.
PLEASE USE THE REVISED DIWs DATED AS NOTED BELOW.
- Units with Revised Date 10-13-2023: Airport, Board of Education, Council of Government, ElectriCities, Municipalities, Housing Authorities, Library, Power Agency, Tourism Development Authority, Utility Authorities
- Units with Revised Date 10-18-2023: District Health, Mental Health
- Units with Revised Date 11-1-2023: Hospital, All Other Units
- Unit with Revised Date 11-16-2023: County

The following DIW issues have been identified and corrected.
1. Applicable to Counties
On the “Performance Indicator Print” worksheet, the Water and Sewer Capital Assets Condition Ratio in column C and D were populated with test data (0.52 and 0.48) that cannot be modified by the user.
Action Required:
(1) The corrected version must be used if you have not started the DIW.
(2) If you have started but not submitted the DIW, send the unit’s DIW to SLGFD@nctreasurer.com and staff will revise the DIW to correct the error and return it to you.
(3) If you have already submitted the DIW and need to have the error corrected, send a request to SLGFD@nctreasurer.com.
Revisions were made to correct internal processing errors that impact the efficiency of our review process.
Action Required:
(1) The corrected version must be used if you have not started the DIW.
(2) If you have started but not submitted the DIW, send the unit’s DIW to SLGFD@nctreasurer.com and staff will revise the DIW to correct the error and return it to you.
(3) No action is required if the data input workbook has been submitted.
3. Applicable to All Other Units
On the “Performance Indicator Print” worksheet, Section 2 for questions 1068 – 1071 in column D, the message “This Question must be answered before uploading, the report will not be processed if left blank” will still display after you have answered the questions.
Action Required:
No action is required and does not impact your submission or processing of your data input workbook.
