Illustrative Financial Statements
Illustrative financial statements for municipalities have been updated for FY2023 and are available at Municipalities | NC Treasurer.
Illustrative financial statements for counties have not yet been updated for FY2023; when available they will be posted to Counties | NC Treasurer.
What’s not posted – and what we hadn’t plan to post - is the single PDF file with the combined components of the illustrative financials, and with page numbers and table of contents. But we found out you like those PDFs! A big “thank you” to the auditors who contacted us to let us know what a helpful resource the PDF files are. Based on this feedback, we’re working to compile a single PDF for municipalities and for counties and will post them on the webpages above. We’ll post a blog when they’re available.
FY2024 Audit Contract
We are working on some changes to the audit contract form and will be publishing a new FY2024 version on our website soon. Note that contracts for FY2024 audits that use the LGC contract form must be submitted using the upcoming FY2024 contract form – FY2024 audit contracts will not be accepted on the FY2023 (or prior) contract forms. Again, we’ll post a blog when the new contract form is available.
