Updated audit contract forms are now available on the “Submitting Your Audit” webpage.
Please see this webpage for:
- An updated standard contract form. Important changes were made and this version should be used for all FY2023 audits and any other new contracts (regardless of fiscal year).
- Contract form instructions including a summary of changes made in the new audit contract form.
- An updated amended contract form (the only change on this form replaced references to “Due Date” with “Date Submitted to the LGC”).
- Updated amended contract form instructions (to make corrections to directions for uploading the form).
The audit contract form provided by LGC Staff is intended to standardize the submission of contract information and reduce the amount of time required for contract review and approval. All auditors and units are encouraged to use the LGC-205 form. Units and their auditors who use the audit contract form provided by LGC Staff should use the updated audit contract forms for all new contracts (regardless of fiscal year).
