The Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project (SERCAP) is offering two regional workshops addressing water and wastewater utility finance. Please note these are FREE workshops and both will be virtual, one-day events. Speakers include representatives from RCAP, USDA, DEQ, and the LGC.
