NC ABLE Program Board of Trustees
The NC Achieving a Better Life Experience (ABLE) Act allows people with disabilities to save money in a special 529A account for qualified disability expenses, similar to the tax-deferred accounts used by families to save for their children’s college educations. This new program will be administered by the Department of State Treasurer, with oversight from the North Carolina ABLE Program Board of Trustees.
The NC ABLE Program Board of Trustees meets at 3200 Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604, in the Dogwood Conference Room.
Accommodations and modifications for people with disabilities will be made upon request. Please contact Catherine Jarboe at 919-814-3827 or Catherine.firstname.lastname@example.org at least ten days prior to each meeting. Requests for accommodations or modifications made less than ten days prior to the meeting will be honored to the maximum extent feasible, but it may not be possible to fulfill them.
