Appointment-only Policy and Visitor Directions
If you have questions about your retirement benefits, make an appointment with one of our benefits counselors. It is helpful if you are within a year of your retirement, as that will allow us to give you the most accurate assessment of your retirement benefits. We also ask that you have requested and received a retirement estimate. Please use Form 309 to make this request. You can expect to receive the estimate in approximately 8-10 weeks.
To make an appointment, please call 1-877-627-3287 (toll-free) or 919-807-3050 (Raleigh area). Our office is located on the 4th floor of the Albemarle Building at 325 N Salisbury Street in Raleigh, NC. If you are coming from outside the Raleigh area, here are directions
to our office. You can also see our street directions map
to help you navigate the downtown Raleigh area. Please note: The parking garage beside the Albemarle Building charges a fee.
If you are unable to travel to Raleigh for an appointment, but would like more information about the retirement benefits provided to you, we also offer Retirement Planning Conferences in various locations across the state throughout the year. Check the current schedule to find a conference near you.
