Retirement Systems Wants Your Feedback
The Retirement Systems Division is conducting a survey to get feedback on your experiences using our Web site. Your responses will help us to make improvements, so please take a few minutes to fill out the survey and help shape the future of the Retirement Systems Web site.
RSD Web Site Survey
We also welcome feedback on the latest issue of our newsletter for active employees, On The Horizon. Your participation will help us tailor the newsletter to include more topics you would like to see covered in future issues.
RSD On The Horizon Survey
Survey responses are confidential and we thank you for your feedback.
In order to get feedback from all Retirement Systems members – active and retired – on our processes and communication, and to get your views of retirement and financial planning, a comprehensive survey will be launched in July. Your responses will help us create plans that better address needs for customer service, information and educational outreach.
The survey is being conducted by North Carolina State University. Visit this Web site again the second week of July for the link to the survey.
At the end of the survey, members have the opportunity to sign-up to participate in focus groups to be held in Raleigh. Thank you in advance for your participation. |
