Download of the Annual Financial Information Report (AFIR)

The Annual Financial Information Report Forms (LGC County 2010 and LGC Municipal 2010) are available in comprehensive electronic spreadsheet form (Excel 2003) which is compatible with Excel 97). If you have Office XP or later version, make sure that you save the file as an xls file. The Excel workbooks include your prior year data, extensive edit checks, new computations and data from the Department of Revenue. There are four Excel workbooks for download below (One for counties and three for municipalities). Each municipality selects only one workbook based on the first letter of the municipality's name.

The AFIR workbooks for the Fiscal Year Ending 2010 are due October 31, 2010

Before entering any data make sure that you read the instructions completely and thoroughly on the first worksheet of the workbook!

After entering the unit's security code and before entering data, download the AFIR form to your hard drive. Internet Explorer users should right click the mouse and use the save target as option. Netscape users should left click the mouse and use the save to disk option. If you try to open the file directly with either browser, you will likely be unable to save your work and hours of your time will be lost. You can open the file with Excel after you have downloaded it to your hard drive.
