Constitution of North Carolina

Sec. 31. Quartering of soldiers.

No soldier shall in time of peace be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war but in a manner prescribed by law.

History Note. - The provisions of this section are similar to those of Art. I, § 36, Const. 1868.
